Tentacles of the FBI's terrorist investigation reached deeper into South Florida on Thursday, exposing a fluid network of Middle Eastern men constantly changing addresses, renting vehicles and flying planesout of different airports in the past year.
The probe found its way further into Palm Beach County, where trails of at least four of the suspected hijackers turned up in West Palm Beach, Lantana, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach and Palm Beach. Two of the men, whose names were on passenger lists of the jets that destroyed the World Trade Center towers Tuesday, had trained at Florida flight schools and were suspected of piloting the doomed planes.
