Norco resident Shawn Bradley was appalled to see heroic New York City firefighters and police officers on television sustaining themselves with mere hamburgers and hot dogs after the World Trade Center attack.

He knew that just wouldn't do, so he hatched a plan to provide something with a little more sustenance.
