The parents of a boy murdered by pedophiles have added 20 more alleged organizers of the North American Man Boy Love Association to a federal suit accusing the men of causing Jeffrey Curley's death.
``It's a crime in this country for people to train terrorists to commit crimes against the United States. What's the difference with training people to rape children?'' said attorney Lawrence Frisoli.
The Curley family charges NAMBLA leaders violated anti-racketeering laws by teaching pedophiles techniques for getting access to vulnerable boys.
A federal judge has yet to rule on a motion from the American Civil Liberties Union to dismiss the Curley suit.
The ACLU argues RICO laws apply only to property damages. ``We opposed because the claim was one that had no legal basis,'' said ACLU attorney John Reinstein.
The 20 men added to the lawsuit include two Massachusetts residents, according to Frisoli, who said he will add more names as his ``sources'' find them.
A Boston man was the principal organizer of NAMBLA when Curley, 10, was murdered in October 1997, Frisoli said.
NAMBLA leaders produced information that helped convicted killer Charles Jaynes stalk Curley for sex before suffocating the boy when he resisted, the suit claims.

I swear I did a search before posting this. I lived in Boston at the time and this was a really sad story. The two maggots who murdered this boy got the crap kicked out of them in jail and I can only hope it occurs on a daily basis.

The ACLU argues RICO laws apply only to property damages. Children are considered property and more than property. What brazen claim the ACLU is making here. I surely hope they lose this one. I am sick and tired of the free ride we give terrorists and pedophiles amongst them in this country. This could be useful for anti terrorism measure. RICO does apply in this case as per reasonable interpretation of the statutes.

It's time for us to declare war on pedophiles. Hunt them down, smoke them out. It is high time that the U.S. became a place where such people could not find a "safe harbor". To the ACLU: "I see your true colors, shining through". Racketeering law only applies to property, eh? So if a bunch of people published and disseminated materials about where and how to find the members of NAMBLA as well as get away with inflicting significant physical harm to them, I suppose you would defend that group? HAH!

``It's a crime in this country for people to train terrorists to commit crimes against the United States. What's the difference with training people to rape children?'' said attorney Lawrence Frisoli. I think that sums it up quite nicely. If we could only get the ACLU and NAMBLA to hold a joint conference in some isolated spot, leak the information to Bin Laden, and then sit back and watch. To me, that would be justice.

It is an established fact that 158 grains behind the ear cures pedophilia each and every time.

Yeah but that makes too much noise, and probably to messy. I think a good ol Gotti 22 special would be more appropriate.

NAMBLA should be closed down and all its members arrested for inciting a crime.

Where was the Anti-American Communist Lovers Union when Morris Dees was suing the white supremicists out of existence???????? As I recall, those suits were under RICO, too. What a bunch of hypocrites.
What we need is a procedure for yanking US citizenship and deporting people who hate America, and these traitors would be at the head of my list.

I sure hope this works to put those evil evil people out of business. I think it is so wonderful that the boycott against Disney is working. As long as good, moral people keep up the fight, we can drive those maggots back into the dark closets where they belong.
I used to be a part of those who thought it was nobody's business what somebody else did in the privacy of their bedrooms. BUT THAT'S THE PROBLEM ... They DON'T keep it in their own bedrooms. They do it any damned where they want to and expect American Parents to provide children for their dirty, rotten perversions.
Homosexuals don't reproduce. They recruit.
(Manny, don't you have a webpage on this? If you do, please give us the URL. Thanks)

Thanks for seconding my "cure" for these monsters!
If ever, there was a group to use RICO laws against, it would be NAMBLA.
I would rather have 30 Cosa Nostra members live in my neighborhood, than one NAMBLA type!
To: rface
NAMBLA should face a Federal Civil Rights criminal action, (except Marxist P.C. has saturated teh Courts), as well as a RICO indictment to go along with a murder indictment.

That was a GREAT link. Thanks. I saved it to my hard drive for future reference.
That picture of the fat guy in drag reminded me of somebody I saw once in a bar. I was eaves dropping as he told his story about being arrested. He said the most embarrassing thing about it was that he was in drag. And went on talking about how miserable he was. The other homo guys he was talking to agreed. They didn't know I was listening, so they were being honest. How different from the PR junk they put out about how HAPPY they are!
