PRAGUE -- Mohamed Atta, who allegedly crashed the first plane into the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, met at least one Iraqi intelligence agent last year in Prague before moving to the U.S., a Czech official close to the investigation said.

What more is needed? Iraq met with the local terrorist ringleader (on a detour to Prague) just before he came to the U.S. Case closed. When will the judgment be enforced?

I think given the current crew at the State Department, Iraq is more likely to be invited to join the anti-terror coalition than face retribution.
