NEW YORK CITY -- Not enough can be said about the heroic individuals, both bipeds and quadrupeds, who lend their abilities to the security and rescue efforts underway in the wake of last Tuesday's terrorist attack on America. With that said, here are a few pictures worth a few thousand words:

One self-aggrandizing bump for a best friend with hip-displasia who may not make it through the night..and is laying at my feet right now.

Check out the picture of W petting the black lab...how different his hands look from clintigula's claws! Could you even imagine clintler even engaging in such a moment? If someone could post the picture of W, it would be greatly appreciated by this dog lover!

I'd allow a well-trained dog in my house. I'd never allow Hillary in.

Thank-you. Wonderful pictures. Magnificent creatures.

As I sit here with 3 of my 5 dogs literally at my feet- my prayers are with you and your shepard.

Thanks Solon,

He's one of our four dogs, and the youngest of them all..

I'm hoping and praying for him...he is, truly, my best friend.

I would allow a dog who messed all over my house before I would let Hitlery in.

That dysplasia takes a terrible toll on big dogs. I lost a lab eight years ago to it. Heidi was 11 though.

You and your shep are in my thoughts and prayers.

This one always breaks my heart. I have a shot that has more of the destruction. That dog is about 60 feet or more from the ground. Bless his heart, and bless the dogs.

Wonderful pictures - and a great quote:
"If these dogs only knew what a difference they make. Certainly, there's nothing that can replace the precision of a dog's nose -- and absolutely nothing that can replace a dog's heart."

To: All dog lovers!
Please, I beg all of you who love and adore your dogs as I do.... change their diet immediately.

I have saved one dog from a death sentence by putting her on a "biologially species-appropriate diet, and taking her off all commercial dog food. She totally recovered from heart failure by being switched to raw meaty bones and plain water...

I now have all my dogs on a raw meaty bone diet, consisting of mostly chicken wings, raw, a couple of raw eggs a week, a few raw above ground soft veggies in season, some nuts, and organ meats, and a meal of oily fish every once in awhile. The result? No fleas, no tick, no tartar on their teeth, no "doggy smell", glorious soft shiny coats, firm small stools, and no vet bills for dental scaling or skin probelms...

Dogs get sick over time on grains. All dog foods are primarily grains. Get your dogs on raw meaty non-load bearing bones, such as chicken wings, as the basis of their diet, and watch them thrive!

There is a short period of "detox", as they clean out the mucous and crap from their intestinal tract from the garbage that is put in kibble, but it is short and they recover very quickly.

Never combine kibble and raw food. It will only increase the intestinal confusion. They put stuff in kibble to slow down stuff going through the intestinal tract, and this doesn't combine well with raw.

Dogs fed all raw do not get salmonella or e-coli the way we do. Their digestive tracts are designed to handle these bacteria, whereas ours aren't. If you want maximum health for your dog, and for much lower vet bills, feed RAW!

Read up on it on the net, or email me here!

Dog Mum to the most beautiful two Belgian Malinois on the planet! Hanna and Shadow, who thrive on raw chicken wings, turkey necks, raw above ground veggies in season, and squirrel chasing!
