October 8, 2001 -- Missiles and warplanes, including a B-52 with its nose painted "NYPD - We Remember," thundered over the skies of Afghanistan yesterday to exact America's revenge for the Sept. 11 attacks.

I can't find it right now, but there is a picture that somebody doctored that shows a flight of B-52s with AA and UAL logos on their tails, and a "Nonstop Flights to Kabul" logo at the bottom. I wish I could find it right now.
