Today, the FBI has released a statement to media outlets regarding their concern over more terrorist attacks over the next few days.
This is in addition to statements by Attorney General John Ashcroft made last week concerning the risk of further attacks.
According to the FBI statement, this warning was issued due to information obtained since Monday. The information is not specific as to a location or means of an attack.
From in the FBI warning, "Certain information, while not specific as to target, gives the government the reason to believe that there may be additional terrorist attacks within the United States and against U.S. interests overseas over the next several days,"
The FBI has alerted local law enforcement to the highest level of security along with asking all American citizens to be wary of suspicious activity.
It should be noted, although possibly insignificant, that the hypertext file name of the press release on the FBI website is "skyfall.htm."

Good catch on the "skyfall.htm" filename.
...asking all American citizens to be wary of suspicious activity.
But don't take any action on your own. This is a matter for the government to handle. Besides, we will arrest you for a hate crime if you say anything nasty to a Muslim carrying a bomb...

Thanks. I beat Drudge by about 30 seconds on that one. Feel like I actually did something today.

What am I supposed to do, cower in a corner and wait for the end of the world?
Please, I can keep a sense of humor and be prepared to fight at the same time.

Wake up! Then go to the bathroom, have a drink of water, check to see if it's raining, and then go back to sleep. Nobody really gets as much sleep as they need.
