Of those on the FBI's master list of people wanted for questioning in the terror attacks, many disappeared shortly before or after Sept. 11, according to neighbors interviewed by The Associated Press.
The master list contains 370 names and was compiled by the FBI and authorities in Europe for use by European banks in cross-checking for matches with their customer lists.
