Barbara Olson to Hillary: Come Clean on Vince Foster

If Hillary Clinton wants to write a book that would justify the $8 million advance she won from Simon & Schuster late last year, she should clear up the mystery of her own relationship with the late deputy White House counsel Vince Foster -- and explain what her most trusted aides were doing rifling through his office on the night he died.

That's the author-to-author advice from the late Barbara Olson, who detailed her recommendations to Mrs. Clinton in her own just-released book, "The Final Days," a chronicle of the end of the Clinton administration.

"The big stories, of course, are the realities behind the eight drama-packed Clinton years in the White House," Olson wrote -- just weeks before she died a hero's death aboard hijacked American Airlines Flight 175 on Sept. 11.

"One such drama, you might recall, occurred in 1993 when Hillary's close friend Vincent Foster was found dead in a Virginia park. ..."

In a chapter she titled "Hillary Moves Onto Center Stage," Olson argued that the questions prompted by Foster's death still cry out for answers.

"What was Hillary's relationship with Foster? Had it changed once she got to the White House? ...

"Those who had previously occupied Foster's position did not have access to National Security Agency files. What was Foster doing with NSA material? ...

"Who made all those telephone calls to Arkansas that night, and what for? What did Hillary's chief of staff, Maggie Williams, do in Foster's office that night?"

As the lead investigator for the House Government Reform and Oversight Committee, Olson had probed the Clinton White House's Travelgate scandal, in which Hillary and Foster were star players.

In fact, in 1996 it was Olson who prepared a list of 26 questions for Mrs. Clinton to answer about Travelgate -- answers that brought the former first lady perilously close to a perjury indictment.

Eight years after the fact, the search party of trusted Hillary aides that raided Foster's office -- possibly looking for Travelgate evidence -- still rankled Olson.

"Hillary, please explain what these people were up to, why they didn't want a Justice Department investigation, and to whom they were reporting," she urged.

"Now there would be some news worth a good piece of the $8 million."

If I though Billary could be 100% honest ( puke, barf, hurl McDonalds french fries )and she wrote a book that told the truth about Fosters death, Heck, I might even buy it!
But Billiary can't be all that bad. I mean, right after 6,000 deaths from a terrorist attack against our country, she suggested a new postage stamp!!! What a gal!!!

Hey, you know her, always doing what she thinks is best for her husband and herself (not necessarily in that order, either)

Nothing unusual about this run-of-the-mill suicide case.

"Vince.... who?"

"I don't recall"

"I'm sure I don't remember"

"I don't have any recollection of that"

"I don't remember"

"I can't recall"

"I don't have any recollection of that"

"I don't remember that"

"I'm sure I don't remember...."

We all need to buy this book- or at least try! I've been to 2 local bookstores- one independent, one B and N- neither has it. I was told the indy will NEVER carry it, would special order only, and B and N is not scheduled to get it until DECEMBER! I'm making the multiply pierced clerks nervous just by asking for it... hehe, it's actually kind of fun to see their reactions when they look up the whole title!

Yeah, I don't quite get what's going on with this book. B & N told me December too.

I ordered my copy on Amazon and there's no mention of when it will be shipped, so I guess the information about December is correct, but then somebody on Amazon is selling a used copy there... So it's peculiar. But I guess there must be some preview copies around that some people have gotten their hands on.

Foster committed suicide. That's what the investigation by the park police found. That's what the FBI found. That's what OICs Fiske, then Starr, both found. That's what Watermelon Man Burton reluctantly found. That's what every single duly authorized investigative agency in DC found, and they all looked into it.

Sure, there are people who insist on believing that the Clintons are guilty of murder. But that works both ways. Lots and lots of people are equally convinced that the Bush family had JD Hatfield killed.

(Hatfield, the guy who wrote the tell-all book about Dubya, was found dead at a motel under mysterious circumstance two months or so ago.)

The Springdale, Arkansas, police looked into Hatfield's death for a couple of hours, then called it a suicide. And I bet every conservative alive is perfectly willing to accept the word of the Springdale, Arkansas, police on that subject. Case closed. There is not a conservative alive who would support a new and much more thorough investigation into Hatfield's death -- one that looked for, as Starr and Burton and all looked for, a connection to the Bush family.

And yet the same people who accept the word of the Springdale police after their three-hour investigation, adamantly refuse to believe the National Park Service, the FBI, the Justice Dept., the Office of Independent Counsel and the Congressional oversight committee -- all of which spent YEARS and MILLIONS of dollars taking testimony and looking at evidence.

When it comes to looking at only one side of a story, Islam ain't got nothing on Conservatives.

Despite your denials, there IS enough evidence to question whether Vince Foster committed suicide to warrant reopening the investigation using people that Clinton did NOT corrupt. If you don't think so, then address the list of questions published by AIM or on the www.FBI-Coverup.com website.

But there is an even clearer case suggesting Clinton involvement in murder ... the case of Ron Brown. Why do you consistently run from debating the evidence in that case? You never respond to the challenge. I'd be more than happy to debate the case right now. I'd love to hear your explanation for the testimony of the pathologists who say there appeared to be a bullet wound in Brown's head. I'd love to hear you try and spin the x-rays and photos that cooberate their testimony, the lies of the AFIP management about the evidence and the missing x-rays and photos. I'd love to hear your take on the loss of transponder signal, the failure to do a Safety investigation, the missing airport beacons, the lack of a black box, the testimony implicating the Whitehouse and Clinton in a coverup, etc. etc. etc. But then, I suspect you will do what democRATS ALWAYS do when faced with the Ron Brown evidence ... RUN.

It doesn't matter. All the questions and all the evidence will not matter.

Sweetheart-the FBI was not ALLOWED into Vince's office, in fact the PARK POLICE were not allowed into the office, until hitlery's goons had cleared out the info. Rumor has it Vince was losing it over the deaths of the seventeen little kids who hillary ordered to death, and his role in passing her order to 'bring and end to the WACO stand=off' to Web Hubbell who was still running the DOJ just before ol Reno, bill and hills bulldog, too over. I guess Vince had a conscience. Something hitlery klinton will never be familiar with....ever.

Chickie-poo, I hate to tell you, but your precious bubba's little salvo of million dollar missiles at $10 empty tents that didn't even manage to hit camel butts cost MORE than the entire Starr/Independent Council investigation. Billy-bubba managed to blow MORE than (no pun intended, really...) Ken Starr did just to keep Monica off the front page of newspapers for ONE DAY!
