China Bans RU-486 Abortion Pill

(17 October 2001) China’s State Drug Administration recently issued a notice ordering pharmacies in the country to stop issuing dosages of mifepristone, an abortion-inducing drug.

"In order to guarantee patients’ safety and protect their health, it is decided that no matter whether patients have a doctor’s prescription or not, retail drug stores are forbidden to sell mifepristone tablets," the notice said, according to the Oct. 9 Beijing Chenbao (Beijing Morning Post).

The newspaper said that some Beijing-area hospitals have reported treating patients suffering side effects from the mifepristone medication.

In October of last year, the Los Angeles Times reported that Shanghai Hua Lian Pharmaceutical Co., the Chinese manufacturer of mifepristone, had been cited by the U.S. House Commerce Committee for "bringing mislabeled and impure drugs into the United States."

It must be very bad if Communist China, the #1 provider of abortion in the world, is banning it.

Sheer resource consideration. Perhaps it's easier for doctors to abort them than to treat mothers for side affects of this pill. Or... perhaps they want more body parts to harvest and sell in the black market. They make a lot of money that way. Some countries pay a fortune to load their restaurant freezers with unborn infant body parts. If not mistaken, it's the latest in Bankok.

This suprised me a great deal, I mean these people have been known to try to forceably fly people back to the country in order to perform forced abortions. So what gives? Is the drug that bad, probably not it's been used too much in Europe, or is it true what they say about baby parts in China. Disturbing. Sometimes my nightmares pale against reality.

Well that's something anyhow... if this thing is bad enough, maybe we'll see it dissappear in our lifetime.

China manufactures the drug for Denco, the US patent holder. Think about it.

Then why doesn't our FDA ban it here? American women are taking this "chemical cocktail" to kill (at home no less) their own unborn children and veru possibly themselves as well!

RU486 in America is manufactured in China with population control money.

Duped women are gullible enough to believe they need and ant these death pills thinking they have a right to control their own fertility?

But who really wants to control our population?

Chicoms like copious stats, especially on pregnancies. The pill approach to aborting takes much of the oversight and control out of the government's hands. In chinaland, the central control is everything and they don't want women capable of sneaking past the central authority. It has nothing to do with the heinous nature of abortion ... life is cheaper than dirt to the chicom central authority; it has everything to do with absolute government control and statistical data.
