I don't know what woke me up, but I couldn't sleep. It was about 2:30 am or so. I flipped on Fox News and they had a live shot of President Bush as he was coming off Air Force One in China. They were moving the steps up to the plane, (red carpeted). Then you could see the secret service guys come out first and look around and finally President Bush.

He shook hands with everybody and a young Chinese woman/girl? she was small, gave him flowers. He was so nice to her. Then he got into the limousine and as they drove away they showed the lead police vehicle, a secret service vehicle leading and three of the secret service vehicles following his limo. Pretty cool!

I flipped to CNN, MSNBC, CNBC - nothing - not one other "major news outlet" was showing this live. Go Fox News!

Needless to say, I had an even harder time getting back to sleep!

Apparently the guy was laying something on Bush about Taiwan and Bush didn't like it, from what I could tell and offered no comment afterward. Anyone else know "the rest of the story"? I only caught the tailend of it on PBS.
