I did a stop-motion on the milnet video of the air drop, and did a quick count of about 50 jumpers per aircraft, and three aircraft in the frame, so 150 jumpers at a minimum to the airfield below.

A ranger company is 152 soldiers, which matches pretty well with 3 c-130H's, although I think they can carry a few more per aircraft.
