Do any of you FReepers have any information or experience to share about Landmark Education? I searched on keywords and didn't see squat. Thanks in advance.

Highly controversial LGAT (Large Group Awareness Training) that was once known as
est. Enter
Landmark forum rants and raves in Google Search and you should get a link to an excellent resource for the Forum, good and bad.
My opinion is that it's best avoided.

Thanks for the information. I have a family member that's starting to scare me.

A lot of coworkers of mine a few years ago were really into it. It was a bit of a pain to put up with but they all got through it, it's not like it wrecked anybody's life.

You and me both. Landmark is a borderline cult and most victims of the scam end up as glazed-over robots. Critical Free Thinkers need not apply.

Werner Erhardt (sp), the used car salesman who formed EST also formed Landmark, and now leases the "technology" to Landmark. Werner was formerly a Scientologist. Landmark is like a corporate version of Scientology.
Werner's real name is Something plain like Larry. Apparently it would not make a nifty acronym like EST, so he changed it. Really bad news, IMO.
