Is It Going Too Far To Label Islam a Bigoted Religion?
BigJohn44

It is time to confront the truth about the Muslim religion. It is time to stop pretending that the Muslim religion is about being "peaceful" or respectful of non-Muslim human beings. It is time label this for what it is and to just come out and say that the Muslim religion is a bigoted religion.

Is there a speck of religious tolerance or any sort of tolerance to be found in any Arab Muslim country? I think not. There is only bigotry against non-Muslim religions and customs.

Does any Muslim country recognize or even entertain the notion that Israel has the right to just exist? No, because the majority of Muslims are bigoted and hateful toward Israel, and would not object to the killing of every Jew.

Do Arab Muslims practice and, indeed, celebrate, bigotry against women? Of course they do.

Do Arab Muslims everywhere torture and kill other Muslims for minor offenses? Sadly, yes.

Are most Muslims are extremely anti-Semitic? Um, yes. Oh yes. Anti-Semitic bigotry is central to being a Muslim.

Is anti-Americanism taught in Muslim schools and mosques everywhere? Why yes, it is. Such bigotry is a core belief of most Arab Muslims.

Have numerous Arab Muslim leaders openly called for the murder of innocent Americans? As a matter of fact, yes: Arafat, Khomeni, Kadafi, Sadaam, Hamas, Hezballah, just to name a few.

America has defended Muslims in Somalia, Bosnia, Kosovo, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Have any of these Muslim countries truly supported America in the war on terrorism? Nope. They have not because of anti-American bigotry.

Think of any terrorist act over the last thirty years committed against American interests. Now, name one that was not committed by Arab Muslims. Now, name one that was not motivated by the fundamental tenet of the Arab Muslim religion: anti-American bigotry.

It is time to stop the false appeasement and to use the correct term for this religion. Most Muslims are bigots; they just are. To some extent, they are free to be bigots; but let's confront the fact that they are.

Khomeni

Khomeni was not Arab. He was Persian.

Some facts:

1. Arabs are a minority in the Muslim world. Most Muslims are not Arabs.

2> Not all Arabs are Muslims. Many Arabs are from a Christian background.

Well, Islam is about the least 'peaceful' religion I'm aware of.

Of course, I'm not up on paganism, devil worship and defunct cults that have rituals including human sacrifice and cannibalism.

But, as I read elsewhere, only the Koran calls for the concept of jihad. The Old Testament and New Testament don't.

Islam should be exposed worldwide for what it is and CONDEMNED just as NAZIZM was. Then Islam should be persecuted and eradicated just as NAZIZM was.

Turkey is a Muslim country that has a close relationship with Israel. In fact, they are probably Israel's closest ally in Europe.

Jordan is another one. So's Bahrain. Oman too. Kuwait as well.

Am I wrong?

Turkey has an especially close relationship with Israel, centering mainly on military cooperation and arms sales between the two countries. They conduct joint training exercises, and Israel's defense industry sells billions of dollars worth of weaponry to Turkey.

Here are a few things common to Naziism and Fundamentalist Islam: advocating genocide; ethnic cleansing; state sponsored propaganda; and violence against dissenters.

Yes and No. Don't forget that these same 'friends' joined their Arab brethren in an all out attack on Israel in 1967. They wanted Israel wiped off the face of the earth. That is when Israel gained all the territorys that the Arabs keep trying to get back! It's called the 6 Day War and is a thrilling example of the triumph of Israel against overwhelming odds. So they may no longer call publically for her death, but that doesn't mean they wouldn't secretly sponsor and applaud her death.

You don't think that Jordan has changed since 1967? They sure have been doing a smash up job pretending to be nice guys this whole time if they're just laying in wait.

As for Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain, they hadn't a damn thing to do with any of the Arab/Israeli wars.

At least Arab-Islam (maybe not Turkey or Jordan Islam) should be viewed in the same way Nazism was viewed. It's a political system more than religion, it is attempting to control the world and is extremely fascist.

Such as:

The Arabs are Semites. I doubt they are anti-Semitic. They may well be anti-Judaic and anti-Zionist, but not anti-Semitic. They seem to think pretty highly of themselves...

.....Does any Muslim country recognize or even entertain the notion that Israel has the right to just exist? ....

Turkey !

..... Do Arab Muslims practice and, indeed, celebrate, bigotry against women? Of course they do.....

Since they are not alone, your point is ridiculous.

........ Do Arab Muslims everywhere torture and kill other Muslims for minor offenses? Sadly, yes......

Many other nationalities/religious zealots have done such things.

.... Are most Muslims are extremely anti-Semitic? Um, yes. Oh yes. Anti-Semitic bigotry is central to being a Muslim....

Anti-semitism is not confined to Muslims by any stretch of imagination and I do not believe it is 'central' at all. It is merely a rally call for the Fundamentalists.

..... Is anti-Americanism taught in Muslim schools and mosques everywhere? Why yes, it is. Such bigotry is a core belief of most Arab Muslims......

I'd say there's a lot of anti-Americanism taught throughout the entire world ... including right here in the USA and you are , IMO, just flat wrong in asserting that anti-Americanism is a 'core' belief. It is probably quite wide-spread because of our past blind support of Israel.

..... Have numerous Arab Muslim leaders openly called for the murder of innocent Americans? As a matter of fact, yes: Arafat, Khomeni, Kadafi, Sadaam, Hamas, Hezballah, just to name a few......

Nothing unique about that.

I neither trust nor like the few Muslims I've met, but your juvenile broad brush and inaccurate accusations do not support your position.
