How Clinton Makes bin Ladin's Case

The worst American President obviously failed his nation and the world by not taking terrorism seriously and by reducing the overwhelming military superiority of the United States to such a point that our enemies can seriously consider now being able to fight us in a conventional or unconventional war and win.

Our Great Disaster also destroyed the trust between government and the people which four much more ethical men before him - George H. Bush, Ronald Reagan, Jimmy Carter, and Gerald Ford - had painstakingly restored and enhanced.

But the worst and the least forgivable policy crime of our Caligula in Chief was to give Moslem extremists and every other America-hating monster real ammunition that America had become the Great Satan. How? Clinton was a flagrant and unapologetic adulterer. He lied about everything. During funerals, Clinton would laugh one minute and then turn on the sprinkler system the next minute. He was a physical coward and an utterly self-indulgent child.

Our worst President, in short, personified everything that our enemies had been saying about America: we are sexually immoral; we are atheists; we lie; we care only about material things; we lust for power without any good purpose; we lack character and courage. The proverbial “spin” of Clinton made Americans look like fat, lazy people with tiny attention spans.

Contrast Clinton with Bush or Reagan before him. President Bush and Barbara, like President Reagan and Nancy, were happily married and faithful couples. All four of these decent people were seriously religious, and while Moslems could say that their Christianity was not as valid as Islam, the Koran itself forbade them from considering Christianity completely wrong (like Clinton’s nihilism).

Recall when the federal government last year support profane and obscene “art” in New York? Recall what Moslems in Afghanistan and Iran said? “Desecration of the prophet Jesus would be severely punished in our country” (or words to that effect). Did Clinton try to stop these sacrileges from his Bully Pulpit? Did Hillary! try to do anything? No. The ex-First Couple showed a willingness to blithely ignore a disgrace of their own nominal faith as well as an offense against Moslem belief.

What to bin Ladin and other Moslems who have fought in savage wars think of a Chief Executive who dodges the draft and writes about his loathing for those who defend his nation? Again, the contrast with recent Presidents is stark. Ronald Reagan was shot and nearly killed, and kidded with the doctors who worked on him. George H. Bush volunteered, underage, to fight in the Pacific Theater and was shot down three times. Jimmy Carter went to the Naval Academy at Anapolis.

One great strength of our nation - certainly true today - is that it has produced men who commanded respect. Nobility - whether it is from Saladin and Richard the Lionhearted, or Anwar Sadat and Ronald Reagan - helps persuade the undecided. During eight horrible years, America was personified by a man who was the very opposite of noble. His nation is paying for those moral offenses now.

Clinton personified atheism?   I am not privy to what the
man actually believed, but his weekly display of attending
church while in office belies the notion he personified
atheism.

"...his weekly display of attending church while in office belies the notion he personified atheism."

Fake religiosity rarely fools anyone. I've never met one person who held Clinton up as an example of sincere faith.

Do you remember when he turned up at church on Easter Sunday with that HUGE Bible? That was shortly after he had received a bj from Monica.

I understand what you are saying.  In which case,
his faking religiosity is the personification of hypocrisy,
but in no way does it personify atheism.

I think its a stretch to include carter with the likes of Pres Ford or my personal favorite Pres Raygun.Seems like I can remember carter giving back the panama canal initiating, the withdrawal of American troops from Korea(thank the almighty that didnt happen) and leaving american hostages in tehran for how many days.I too would like to believe it was just clinton who was a bad representative of my country but being realistic its all of our socialist democrat polititians.

Sorry, but W didn't help matters either when he said lets "move on." The first thing he should have done after he was sworn in was turn to beel and hitlery clinton and say "you have the right to remain silent" while U.S. Marshalls slapped on the cuffs.

I remember when Clinton went to Catholic church in Africa and he DID take communion, which, of course, non-members do NOT do. Rules? Who needs stinking rules when you're Bill Clinton.
