In the confusion of the moment over the anthrax spores arriving through the U.S. postal system, terms like "refined" and "weaponized" have been injected into public discourse without clear understanding of meanings. But the enemy knows his audience well: By aiming at journalists he assured himself of wall-to-wall coverage. Yet the panic may be a blessing well-disguised.
