October 31, 2001 -- A Middle Eastern man on the FBI's watchlist in connection with the World Trade Center attack was grabbed early yesterday at the Queens Midtown Tunnel, The Post has learned.
The man, whose name is being withheld, was caught at around 1:30 a.m. when the car in which he was traveling was stopped as it passed through the tollbooths on the Queens side, a well-placed source said.

""They treated me like a terrorist," Yazeed al-Salmi, a former roommate of Sept. 11 hijacker Nawaf Alhazmi, said of his incarceration at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in lower Manhattan."Gee, I guess you should probably know what it is that your roommates are up to. Not that guards in New York haven't been known to rough up a few people, but to expect any compassion from them now is asking a little too much I'd say. He should feel lucky that they are holding him in jail - they should just let him out after releasing his photo and address to the public.

Nice to see "racial profiling" in action. About time, huh? Well, without a little un-PC, we can't win this war on terrorism.

The communists used to do that. In fact, they were instructed to use the (perceived weak) U.S. judicial system. They mock us, hoping ACLU types and our media` will come out and defend them.

Whine, Whine, Whine!
Maybe they should just release these suspects and let the CIA take care of them with a bullet to the back of their heads.
No more head, no more whining.

"He should feel lucky that they are holding him in jail - they should just let him out after releasing his photo and address to the public." Yes, but allow a large crowd to gather first and grapically videotape the results for the other jailed terrorists to enjoy.

Great link, sarcasm, I was not aware of this in the training manual. Good - now we know that those that scream "abuse" the loudest are likely the REAL terrorists...

Um. That may not be why they lie down with goats.
Gonorrhea, to go with the fleas?

I'll assume that even if released they will keep an eye on these innocents.
