It seems all the states are using that honey pot from Big Tobacco for everything BUT health care for any sick smokers, should there be any. Yep, sounds about right.

Maine has used that money for everything from lap tops for students and their Pet Programs!

This is what they do.
How much of the master settlement that was supposed to be used for smoking prevention do you think they are actaully SPENDING on that purpose?
Not much.

Seems to me some enterprising attorney might want to take these folks to court. All they would have to do is find some sick smoker who is not getting millions from the state......... I think I'll talk to my boss about this. It would be a long haul, but the reward would be sweet.

Joe, so many of us sent letters to ole Christie. She sure has her teeth sunk into the smokers! Even after the EPA went into NYC on the 11th of Sept, and did testing that proved there would be no long termed health effect from that thick cloud of smoke and ash. She sure has some nerve!!!

lodwick, you can just buy the machine and then buy your tobacco and filtered tubes locally. That's what I did. I didn't buy the complete kit from Stuff Your Own. Just the machine. I run downtown to the Smoke Shop to buy the tubes and the tobacco. Works great!
