As the U.S. government moves to choke the financial network of terrorists and their supporters, law-enforcement authorities are focusing on a growing and seemingly easy source of money for terrorists: credit card fraud.

Suspected terrorist cells operating in the United States, Canada and Europe have employed a variety of scams to steal millions of dollars from credit card companies. They then use the proceeds to support their activities and to funnel money to Middle East terrorist groups, according to congressional testimony, court records and FBI interviews with a known terrorist.

According to FBI documents, Meskini told Haouari that he did not like committing fraud. "In response, Haouari told Meskini that since Meskini was in a country without Islamic law, it was all right to hurt people by taking their money," according to the records

How about being honest and saying it: Illegal immigration finances terror.

Within the past two years, Arab illegal aliens in Charlotte, North Carolina have been busted on numerous federal felonies - for smuggling cigarettes to high-tax Michigan where they would be sold by Arab-owned markets to finance the Lebanese guerrilla group Hezbollah. The illegals were engaging in "green card marriages" to women here.

Or is it stil too politically-incorrect, even after Sept. 11, to say the truth about immigration and terrorism?

"How 'bout the Palestinian baby formula racket?"

How about the Palestinian everything racket? Because, here in North Carolina, that's the truth - self-described Palestinian "activists" doing every kind of scam from ATM cards to bad checks to auto insurance fraud.

The baby formula racket seems to be nationwide - I've seen articles about it from New York to Texas.

There is an attitude in way too many immigrants (legal and illegal) that they can come here and run amuck and af**k and do things they wouldn't do at home. Break the law and abuse the trust of naive Americans.

Their fallback being to skedaddle back to the 3rd world sh*thole that spawned them when the law gets on their case.

I suggest we DO adopt Islamic law in this instance, to take care of these thieving mosque(itos).

You, know, the one that cuts off the hands of thieves.

We should accomodate their religion to demonstrate our "tolerance" and "diversity" in a multicultural spirit.

Let's not forget about the illegal alien in Virginia that helped the terrorist obtain drivers license so they could board the planes that killed over 5000 people. What does the pro criminal illegal alien cheerleaders have to say about this?

since Meskini was in a country without Islamic law, it was all right to hurt people by taking their money

Plus they aren't here to be Americans, they are here to take this country over.

..... they aren't here to be Americans, they are here to take this country over .....

And Congress should declare that a state of war has existed between the United States of America and all terrorist states and all terrorists and, as these rotten criinal alien scum are rounded up, have them dragged before military tribunals, tried and summilarily and speedily executed!

The declaration of war would have an added bonus.

It would have the further effect of making whatever the commander in chief is up to lawful, legal and constitutional!

And, given the events of the past, almost nine years, wouldn't that make a nice change??!!!
