[history]
Many gay men and lesbians find themselves in a quandary these days: They want to join their fellow Americans in responding to terror and in expressing grief. But they are often unable to: They can't fight, they can't give blood, and some will never receive the survivor benefits guaranteed to others who lost loved ones in the Sept. 11 terrorist attack.

Maybe they could lower their prices on flowers, hairdoos and home design for starters.

Here's a suggestion for them: Get reparative therapy!

The Rev. Mychal Judge, New York City fire chaplain, was gay, but Kendell said she hadn't learned that until a month after the attacks. If this is the same person who was mentioned in a previous thread, he was a celibate Roman Catholic priest who ministered to homosexuals. To describe him using the same terminology as one would use to describe a San Francisco bath house tub diver without mentioning the difference is despicable!
These people will sully any name to advance their agenda!

Hmmmm...what's that on his face?

The best thing gays could do would be to do something for themselves: to accept Jesus Christ as savior and all that entails. That would benefit everyone and hurt no one. I won't hold my breath waiting on that development, however.....

When complained to about Grant's drinking, Lincoln replied, "I can't spare this man. He fights."
It goes for quite a few American gays, too.

Jeez. If there's a more self-absorbed group of losers on the planet, I don't know who they are. Well, maybe PETA.
