A Statement from David Horowitz
Front Page Magazine ^ | 11/12/01 | David Horowitz

Posted on 11/12/2001 12:34:04 PM PST by Jean S

“It is incredible to me that at a time when our country is engaged in a war against terrorism that former President Clinton would make a speech on foreign policy at a major university blaming America first and saying that ‘the U.S. is paying a price today for its past sins.”

“Equating slavery and the plight of the American Indian to today’s war is unconscionable and out of line.”

“The problem for Bill Clinton is that he has no sense of decorum. Historically former Presidents fade into the background for at least several years after their term has ended. By speaking out at this time, Clinton is undermining President Bush’s efforts to win the war on terrorism.”

“In my opinion, Clinton is trying to divert attention from his own failed efforts and responses to the worldwide terrorists network that now threatens civilization. Clinton’s tepid response to the first World Trade Center bombing and to our U.S. Embassies bombing as well as to the U.S.S. Cole encouraged Bin Laden and his thugs to be even bolder.”

“History will record that no one was watching the store when Bill Clinton and his band of foreign policy amateurs were in charge. His speech at Georgetown University again points out his anti-American sentiments. He sold us out to the Chinese for campaign contributions and now in his twisted view of the world, is attempting to blame the sins of the past of this country, particularly slavery, for the position we find ourselves in today.”

“Perhaps Mr. Clinton should go back and read the history books and he will find out that America fought a civil war to end slavery. Playing the race card at a time when our country has been attacked and is engaged in war, is irresponsible, playing loose with the facts and gives aid and comfort to our enemies.”

I always appreciate David's commentary. Of course, I'm sure he is not surprised that Clinton continues to act irresponsibly.

“The problem for Bill Clinton is that he has no sense of decorum."

The problem with this sentence is that it runs on too long.

By about two words.

It is my understanding, never having "done" drugs, that drugs may deminish the little grey cells. Couple that with all the hangers on oooohing and ahhhing, he may well be beyond help. He certainly gave a good performance of someone needing detox.

Ninety five percent of the blacks vote for the Clintons and the Democrat party. There is your answer. He is massaging his base.

ol' Billy Jeff, what a card! Ever since his days at Oxford he has been on the Blame America First bandwagon. There is no enemy of the United States that Billy-boy doesn't like. And he will spare no effort to spew his anti-republic venom to the huddled masses.

Clinton?
Oh, yeh, found it. Little footnote between Bush Administration chapters. Footnote said something about being the second President to be impeached.

US Constitution, Aticle III, section 3 states,

Section 3. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

Who'd have thunk it?

He needs help, that's for sure. Guess Hillary is not available...he could use some pancake makeup for his nose, 'cause its getting redder all the time (a new one wouldn't hurt), and a brain transplant. Are they available? One that could be programmed NOT to be so obnoxious. Dream on...........

History will record that no one was watching the store when Bill Clinton and his band of foreign policy amateurs were in charge.

And amatuer they were. Klinton's foreign policy and pathetic amatuers like Madelaine Albright may have been the most inept and incompetent team ever assembled in the WH.
