I hasten to add that I do not have in mind treason as a crime punishable under Article IV, Section 2

Very much agreed ... however, please take this issue up with Senator Fred Thompson and former Senator John Glenn.
Clinton's true legacy: (a) learn Chinese, and (b) the impact on the human anatomy of high-energy neutrons.

I agree, equus. The Clinton's have sold us out at every single opportunity. And with the worst one still holding office, their days of treason are not over.

But when the writing of history returns into the hands of honest scholars, they will hardly miss the opportunity he presented to America's enemies, foreign and domestic.

FReepers already know this. Unfortunately, articles like this won't be of any value till they run in the New York Times, not the Washington Times.

"...for the first time in history, did not convey the impression America really meant something to him. In all his eight years as president, Mr. Clinton displayed no emotion for America one way or the other. The same has been true about Mrs. Clinton."
The Senate's darkest hour was they did not convict the man. Our country's darkest hour was electing them in the first place and now that of New York when they elected Mrs. Clinton.
As the embattled VP tried to shore up his failed bid for the presidency, he drew three circles showing where he placed the importance of America. In the first circle he wrote his name and that of his running mate, Joe Lieberman; in the second circle he placed the names of Jessie Jackson and another special interest person I have forgotten; in the third circle he wrote the USA. America was dead last in his eyes also.
He should have listened to his wife; Tipper never, ever liked or trusted the Clinton's in the first place and asked him not to run in the first election with Bill Clinton.
This treacherous pair has indeed crossed the line.
