I campaigned long and hard for George W. Bush. I met him personally at a rally in Long Beach California. He spoke about smaller government. I cheered. He said the days of big government would end with his administration. I again cheered.
But as of November 2001, I am not sure who is actually living in the white house. I helped elect President Bush and I know he took office; but lately the actions of our president do not reflect the ideals and campaign promises he spoke to us about.
For the first time in American history a sitting U.S. President has broken bread for a Ramadan meal in our white house.
President Bush helps dedicate the Department of justice building in honor of Robert Kennedy.
President Bush announces he is providing more than a Billion dollars in grants to help provide food and shelter, drug treatment, and job training for the homeless. (Didnt we recently prove through the 9-11 fund that private citizens could raise money to help people without the help of tax dollars?)
President Bush signs an aviation security bill, which creates another bureaucracy of 28,000 new federal employees to screen bags at the airports.
I am not sure who the imposter living in the white house actually is, but I want my President Bush back.

P.S. President Bush, come back soon America cant afford much more of this!

The only thing that is truly disturbing about Bush is his embrace of Islam.
Islam will ultimately be the undoing of this country.

in defense of the airport security bill, the federal government contracts out much of their work to contractors. This technically does place the federal government in charge of airport security, but I bet not all these workers will be on the government payroll. These contractors will be better paid and better trained. Tell me you really want Argenbright Security screening your bags at minimum wage!

Regardless of how you feel: Think of terorists slaughtering 5,000 innocent Americans.
Then think President Gore.
Now, don't you feel better?

Mr. Bush is first and foremost a politician and lacks true principle. If you wanted true principle, we should have nominated and elected Alan Keyes.

C'mon you guys...he is not embracing Islam...he is showing that we can all live harmoniously, all faiths, all religions, and that our war is not with Islam.

I don't think he is embracing Islam, as much as being courteous and respectful. This is necessitated by the diplomatic ties we have to these countries.
If he were to attack Islam, we would then have a full-scale religious war on our hands, and that would make things 10 times worse than they are now.

On the Islam thing, he can not come out and say Islam is a bogus, crappy, evil religion that it is.
THE ALTERNATIVE
To: hutsonreport.com
I believe the single thing that is most dangerous to america is: POLITICAL CORRECTNESS
To: GuillermoX
He is doing no more concerning Islam than the moment and decency demand, and should do no less.

I am not sure who the imposter living in the white house actually is, but I want my President Bush back. ...I also financially supported and campaigned for President Bush, President George Herbert Walker Bush that is...afterwards, I learned what "Read My Lips" really meant and did my homework on the Bush clan.
Although I voted for Dubyah (or I should say voted against Gore), I did so knowing that his promises would never equal his actions. Only one 2000 candidate, IMHO, has remained true to his convictions and words and really did what he promised he was going to do: Sen. JOHN McCAIN!

I have not yet heard any strong condemnation of the terrorist acts by any muslim leaders. I have a real problem with that.
I guess having a Ramadan celebration at the White House isn't considered "embracing" Islam. The Wiccans must be feeling left out.

If you wanted true principle, we should have nominated and elected Alan Keyes. You're easily fooled by the rhetoric.

Guillermo,
Chao, Compadre. Understand this is all a game with the Islamics. They own the oil. They have followers most everywhere.
While our Prez is breaking bread with the Islanics, American soldiers are preventing radical Islamics from spreading their terror, and allowing them to spread their blood on the sand.
In doing it this way, Mr. Bush is picking them off one at a time. Bin Laden was #1, Saddam will be #2, Kadaffi will probably be number 3.
About that time, few Islanic leaders will want to challenge us. In addition, those seeking to ferment internal turmoil in the ME will be told,,,,, "Oh, Meester Booosh, he listens to us, he is a friend of Allah...." By the time we are finished, the towelheads will carve Bush's likeness in the Kabala stone.
Technique #17; Put your arm around their shoulder, give them a little hug, , so you can hold them tightly in place while you cut their nuts off!

Go back and look at Reagan's entire record and you will
find many things he did that you wouldn't approve of but
in the big picture they were just small dots. You'll be looking
at President Bush the same way !

I have not yet heard any strong condemnation of the terrorist acts by any muslim leaders. I have a real problem with that. We all should have a VERY serious problem with this.
