That's because Iraq is an ally of China in the new Fascist Axis State Coalition.

Is the world supposed to believe they care about human life, after they slaughter their own people whenever it suits them...

So what? China already "warned" us about Afghanistan. Things are different now that a Republican is in office.

Memo to China: "You are with us, or you are with the terrorists." Make your choice.

I think the difference is that China has been installing military contracts and making money with the Chinese as a 'close' ally.

Interesting article...but subject to lots of interpetation....take a contrarian point of view...the "best"..i.e...most opportune time for the PRC to take a crack at Taiwan would be while we ar engaged in Iraq...all of our carrier battle groups would be in the area..we'd be hard pressed to support/defend Taiwan...

Chinese leaders said they might modify their policy of acquiescence toward the U.S. led anti-terrorist campaign should the military action spill over to Iraq. That's a warning? They "might modify their policy of acquiesence"? A tepid toothless example of diplomacy, it seems to me.

What are the RED CHINESE going to do when the U.S. attacks Iraq? Stop sending toys to Walmart?
To: ken5050
Exactly what I was thinking...China might be moving up the 2004 Taiwan invasion timetable.
To: codebreaker
This reads more like a whimper that CNN inflated into a "Warning"
