C-130 is an aircraft
Daisy Cutters are bombs
They have been using both for several weeks now, which is why we beat the crap outta the Taliban so quickly.

Sounds like cease fires and surrenders are over.

A C-130 is a airplane gunship. A daisy cutter is a hugh bomb probably delivered by a B-52.

Those daisy cutters will rattle those cave walls, for sure.

Not only does that make me feel all warm and fuzzy, but I imagine it makes the Taliban all "warm and fuzzy" as well...

Must have gotten a 'hot tip' on a hole in the ground!
I wonder what the roasting time would be for a 14 lb. turkey, using one of those 15,000 pounders?

That Daisy Cutter is roasting a hot 180lb. Tali-Tubbie turkey right now!

C-130 is a transport. AC-130 is a gunship. The Daisy Cutter is
too big for a B-52, so it's carried by a C-130 transport, hence the confusion.
Then again, a C-130 full of ANFO would make a dandy bomb.

"A C-130 is a airplane gunship. A daisy cutter is a hugh bomb probably delivered by a B-52." From what I hear, the original poster is right. A daisy cutter is delivered by a C-130, pushed out the back by hand.

Daisy Cutters are delivered via C-130s - not B-52s.

How the hell would you get this, with its' skid, into a B-52 weapons bay? You can't. That's why it is dropped from the C-130 using a parachute to drag it out of the cargo bay. Although I'd bet that you could load a C-17 with a bunch of them for a "carpet of Daisies". hehehe

The AC-130 is a C-130 cargo plane outfitted with the big guns. An Attack C-130.

USDA Warning: Be sure to cook your meat all the way through. Wash your hands before and after handling your meat.

I read in one news release that there are now 9 C-130's assigned to Afghanistan...may be a whole lot of shakin' going on.

Good hunting. Even better finding and dispatching.
This thread is turning into an Abbott & Costello routine.
