THE HAGUE (Reuters) - The United Nations war crimes tribunal said on Friday it had charged Slobodan Milosevic with genocide in Bosnia in its third and gravest indictment against the former Yugoslav leader.

The court confirmed that the new indictment, drawn up by Chief Prosecutor Carla Del Ponte to cover alleged atrocities by Serb forces against Croats and Muslims during the 1992-95 Bosnian war, contained enough evidence to go to trial.

The antichrist charging with genocide a man of honor that refused to be a sheep and prefered to fight for the survival of his people.

Based on 9/11, US support of the KLA in Kosovo looks even more misguided now than it did then.

I think we all now know which group is trying to practice genocide and "ethnic cleaning" in the world today.

The KLA and the Bosnian Jihad terrorists are merely puppets of the antichrist, the one pulling the strings.

UN Tribunal Charges Milosevic with Bosnia Genocide

(CNSNews.com) -- The United Nations war crimes tribunal at the Hague announced Friday that it has charged former Serbian president Slobodan Milosevic with genocide in Bosnia. The new indictment charges the Serbian nationalist Milosevic with responsibility for Serb atrocities in the 1992-95 Bosnian war, wire sources reported. Milosevic, was charged in two earlier indictments with crimes against humanity in Croatia in 1991-2 and Kosovo in 1999. Friday's indictment contains 29 counts, including genocide and complicity in genocide, crimes against humanity and grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions. The indictment cited that `Slobodan Milosevic participated in a joint criminal enterprise, the purpose of which was the forcible and permanent removal of the majority of non-Serbs...from large areas of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina.'' Milosevic was handed over to the international court in June after being ousted in an October 2000 uprising. The Bosnia indictment was issued by U.N. Chief Prosecutor Carla Del Ponte and formally approved by the court after a tribunal judge said it contained sufficient evidence to lead to a trial in 2002, the court said in a statement.

This is a total outrage. Milosevic would be welcome in my home; the idiots who perpetrated the Kosovo war would not be.

One way of making the point to republican politicians in particular is to inform them that some of the money which would otherwise be going to the RNC is now going to orthodox charities to try to compensate for this particular piece of barbarism on the part of the US government, republicans included.

a man of honor

Sickening.

The ONLY legit beef anybody on this planet might have with Milosevic is that he was lining his own pocket with proceeds from one or more state operations, which was perfectly normal in the commie world in which he grew up and lived the first forty or so years of his life.

The genesis of the trouble in Kosovo was Milosevic rescinding the autonomy of the region in 89, and he had no options at that time; every other ethnic group in kosovo was being brutalized by the Albanian kosovars, who are basically a bunch of barbarians.

Statement: "The UN war crimes court charges Milosevic with genocide>

Comment: Milosevic learns the rule: Those that lose wars are those charged with war crimes, or as the Gaul said to the Roman "Woe to the conquered!"

no, might makes right!

the u.s. and nato is above the law of humanity and everything!

example: turkey's human rights record because they are a member of nato, their crimes are ignored!

when you have the might, you are always in the right!

whatever happened to justice for all, equality and fairness, etc...?

True, but Bosnia happened way before Kosovo. Milosovic was stirring up Bosnian serb separatists back in 1991 and the genocide and ethnic cleansing accounts date to that time as well, which killed many thousands.

S.M. has blood on his hands, no doubt. Too bad the UN types didnt let Serbian people handle this dictator themselves. It would have been more just for the Serbs themselves to decide the punishment that S.M. deserves for his 10 years of repression and inciting civil war and violence.

The Serbs controlled 65 % of the land in Bosnia as they were agrarian. When Bosnia broke out of Yugoslavia, the islamist with the big ugly nose, Izebegovich said he could hardly wait to create a Pakistan in the middle of Europe.

The Serbs were scared and willing to fight for what was theirs. You only need to read nobel prize winning author, Ivo Andric, 'The Bridge over the River Drina,' to understand why. They were frightened of force conversion to Islam and what they experienced during the ottoman turkish days. With the events of the last few months we can see that not alot has really changed in the last 1000 years or so with the islamist's now has it?

Slobo was fighting to protect his people. When will the charade stop?

>>>>>no, might makes right!<<<<

And the money makes the world go round. The $200B game of plundering Yugoslavia has started.
And those who financed ICTY will get the lion's share of it. Sort of 1900 Panama deal, revisited.

Life is good. If you are robber baron.
