If college students have a clear-eyed view of the battle in which the nation is now engaged, we'd wager it doesn't have a lot to do with what they're learning at school. A survey just out from the American Council of Trustees and Alumni reveals just how little history students are asked to study today even at the highest-ranked colleges and universities.

As a former History major, I can inform you that the general courses vary according to the university, although most students simply don' pay attention. I blame it on how high school DO NOT do a good job at teaching kids to appreciate history. Too many history classes are dumped on "coaches" who don't know their subject (the only subject those guys seem to know is football and staring at naked boys in the showers!). Kids today are given token lessons on Sojourner Truth, MLK, etc., while the only thing they learn about Jefferson is that he might have had a child by a slave. PC and bad teaching has killed history in this country.

The liberals don't want their messages clouded by the facts, if the kids learned the truth it would blow 65 years of socialistic propaganda and infiltration.

These taxpayer supported indoctrination centers (schools) have to be conquered, and returned to U.S. "friendly" leadership. The terrorists are proclaiming their hatred for America and our freedoms daily. This explains those that agree with Bill Klinton's "blame America" speeches.

You got that right, I just spoke with a policeman who sends his son to a private school in the next state yet he still has to pay to have other "state" children "indoctrinated".

So many words would fit, so lets just use one word to describe their eventual fate.
DOOMED!

Just a exceedingly small first step.

...although most students simply don't pay attention.I recall that my one and only history class in college was interesting. But I'll be darned if I can recall one single thing that I learned in it.
I didn't develop an interest in history until I was about 40 years old and my sense of time broadened.
