November 27, 2001 -- WASHINGTON - President Bush yesterday trained his sights right at Iraq and warned Saddam Hussein to let U.N. weapons inspectors back in - or else.

Amid growing hints that Iraq is a future U.S. target, Bush said his global war against terror means stopping any nation from trying "to terrorize the world" with weapons of mass destruction - as Iraq has in the past.

Somehow, I just don't see Saddam saying, "Come on in, look around, make yourselves at home, and if there's anything else, just let me know." He's kept a fairly low profile internationally speaking since throwing the inspectors out...and this signal that he's going to be in the US spotlight must really have him steamed.
