WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States is confident that the opposition Northern Alliance has captured a top official of fugitive Osama bin Laden's al Qaeda network in Afghanistan, a senior U.S. official said on Thursday.
The Los Angeles Times reported that Rahman, described as a charismatic guerrilla training leader for bin Laden, was being held by Northern Alliance forces in Afghanistan. Rahman, 35, is the son of an extremist Muslim cleric convicted in 1995 of conspiring to blow up New York landmarks.

Transport him first class to the Haig for eventual (perpetual) trial under the supervision of UNHCR? Hire Dershowitz for his defense? NOOOOOT!
Send to manhattan for hearing with local magistrate and NYPD lockup? Has it's merits... :>
To: Oldeconomybuyer
Lock him in a room with Al Sarpton and Hildebeast.

no don't do that (Hildy and Sharpy) - they would end up singing Kumbaya and sharing bad Bush/Quayle jokes...

Blow torch, pair of pliers, truck load of horny pigs. Get medievel with him until he sings every note in the song book.

working on what to do about itShoot him. Of course, since we are civilized, we should convene the military tribunal first, convict him and then shoot the bastard.

Heck, let the Afghan women interrogate him!
To: paul51
We first get him to talk (using whatever means are required) and then put him in front of a firing squad.

Rahman can be the first to be tried by the GWB Military Tribunal. Rahman will be brought into the courtroom gagged and blindfolded. He'll be asked what his defense is and as he mumbles through the gag, the court will say guilty. Then Rahman will be immediately taken out and shot.
President GWB's justice will be swift and decisive.
I hope this imaginary scenario is close to what will actually happen to these barbarian terrorists? It'll be no worse than what the WTC victims experienced.

I got all the above beat:
take him to the highest point in Manhattan (Empire State Building), soak his worthless ass with gasoline, torch him, let him suffer for 5 minutes, then throw him off the top, only to land in a vat filled with bacon and ham, with plenty of pig crap gravy. If you're too squeamish, I will gladly volunteer; my pleasure.....
