Thanks bleudevil.......
I'm severely constrained at the moment, what with my computer being down and having to resort to reactivating my webtv (now MSN) account.
It's better than nothing at all!

Matt just asked what stories he should discuss. AL GORE'S RESTAURANT! And how his people rewrote the transcript of the speech to cover for Al's latest lie.

Thanks SW!

I doubt that it was a lie. Why would he run a restaurant? Didn't make sense.

You forgot to do something last week, didn't you?
LOL!

Matt had lunch with the author, Goldberg, and has a copy of the book in his hot little hands. Hot damn! It's such a joke that CBS would even try to deny it's left leaning policy.
Argentina going bankrupt? Sorry bout that.....new kinda car, invented by Dean Kamen? a scooter? whoopie doo

1. How could a reporter make such a monumental error as to think that Al said he was going to run a restaurant as opposed to eat at one? (the Al they all voted for at Reuters, by the way)
2. Why would it be hard to believe that Al just talked out of the wrong end again?
To: YaYa123
Do you know, is this scooter enclosed, or is the rider exposed to the elements?
To: SlickWillard
Drudge talking about "Ginger" the scooter, you can't turn it over, goes about 18mph, doesn't pollute, and "hovers" above the ground. LOL...does he really think technology is advanced to the point that we can now have scooters that "hover" above the ground? Wrong, Drudge, Wrong....its a hydrogen powered scooter, with a gyro-type balance...its not Jetson time yet, it won't hover, its still a scoooter.

I'm no Al Gore fan, but I do believe that this particular story was a simple foul-up (Believe me, reporters can make those, too!). If anything, the "run a restaurant" thing made Gore look pathetic. To go from being vice president of America to running a Shoney's - not exactly something you'd brag about on the Christmas card newsletter.

I can see the trial Lawyers forming like circling sharks right now. As soon as the first dozen teens get hurt playing "Bumper Car" with these things at 17 mph this company will be sued out of existence.
