Perhaps the two states with proportional allotment of electors: Maine and Nebraska?

Neither one of them split their electors, if I remember correctly.

Bush won 29 states, Gore 21 plus the district constituting the seat of Government of the United States (as it is called in the 23rd amendment).

The part I found to be most interesting was the murder per 100,000. Notice also, this was compiled by a professor at a university.
