And if you just simply can't imagine why any innocent person should be frightened, the ACLU has a voice mail tape you should listen to. take another look at the WTC towers crumbling to the ground.

I am not a lawyer, but I can read. The following text of the U.S. Constitution doesn't seem to be TOO difficult to understand. I would appreciate a rebuttal from any LegalFreepers as to the applicability of these two amendments to the circumstances at hand:
Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger;
Note: Article III, section 2, of the Constitution was modified by Amendment 11:
The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State, or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign State.

The ACLU is setting a dangerous precedence for itself...first, they rally around the pedophiles at ManBoyLove, now they're playing the race-card. Where were they when that government official was jailed simply for some fantasy he wrote in HIS PRIVATE JOURNAL? I forget the guy's name, but the ACLU assuredly wasn't there for him...maybe because he was neither gay or a "person of color".

The American Criminal Liberties Union is always on the side of the degenerate. It's an organization that has long outlived it's usefulness.
