Is history repeating itself once again? Will the globalist model from the 1930s and 1940s work in the 21st century?
In February, 2002 the leaders of the Western Hemisphere American nations will meet in the barren wastelands of the far north of Canada to hammer out the final details of the new All-America dollar. When the meeting is over two things will happen.
First, NAFTAthe North American Free Trade Agreement will be expanded to include every nation in the western hemisphere, further draining jobs from the United States to the human capital-rich, job-poor nations of Central and South America in order to provide the transnational industrialists with the consumer base it needs to grow profits in the 21st century.
Second, the Federal Reserve System will dollarize all of the economies of North, Central and South America as the Euro becomes the official currency of the nations of Europereducing 43 currencies to two...and giving the overseers of the Fed and the European Central Bank effective control over the decisions made by the governments of those nations.
What does that mean to the American taxpayer? Effective December 1, 2002, the taxpayers of the United States will assume to responsibility of paying off the national debts of all of the nations in the western hemisphere. But even more important, the first phase of world government will have been successfully implemented. All that will remain is the final abrogation of national sovereignty globally...peacefully if possible, by force if necessary.

Right!
So, if it's the USA in charge of this "partial world" government, is that a problem? It has been traditional in the course of human events for the very richest and most powerful nation in the the world, or a large sector of the world, to assume the mantle of being the center of an empire.
Most of Latin America probably would not want to be part of the USA, but to be part of the American Imperium may well not seem so bad - particularly if it puts food on the table and money in the bank.
Well that means we could get the good end of that deal since I'm sure that our debt alone is greater than all others combined.
Sounds nice, execpt, it will your money stolen and put in their bank account.
No, the next thing is expanding the North American Free Trade Agreement [NAFTA] into a Western Hemisphere Free Trade Agreement. This will begin with the "secret" meeting planned for the western hemisphere nations in February. At that time the IMF will dollarize the western hemisphere and, like the EURO, the dollar will become the second currency of all western hemisphere nations. In December of 2002 the dollar will become the official currency of the western hemisphere, replacing ALL national currencies. At that time, the Federal Reserve will assume the debts of those nations that become the bond issues to back the new regional currency.
First, the United States is not and will not be "in charge" of this "partial world government." In point of fact, this is phase two of the New World Order which will be controlled by the Old World Order (the former royals of Europe and the central bankers and transnational industrialists). Second, the mantle of authority is being assumed by those central bankers and transnational industrialists...in particular the "Seven Sisters" and their allies in the Mideast (surprise!!!). The "mantle" will be worn by the Europeans, not the Americans. Why do you think WE are surrendering our jobs and our industries to the emerging nations? Third, the governments of South America do not want any part of this deal but are being forced to go along by the World Bank and the IMF. The IMF has already dollarized several South American nations against their will. South America knows if they fail to go along they will be frozen out of the economic "family," and will suffer privation throughout the 21st century. Expect to read about the new African and Asian monetary funds within the next few months. They will materialize within a year. At that time their will be FIVE regional currencies in the world: the Suro, the American dollar, an Asian monetary unit, an African monetary unit and a Southern rim monetary unit. Once they are created and have supplanted the "local" monetary units, it will be easy to merge the five into one cyber-unit. And, then, HELLO, NEW WORLD ORDER. At that point (as the Founding Fathers often said, THOSE WHO CONTROL THE CURRENCY OF A NATION CONTROL THAT NATION.)
It is not that any ONE country is in charge of the European Union and/or the World Trade Organization. ONE ENTITYwealthis in charge of both. That wealth comes from three areas: [1] the wealth of the former and current sovereigns and oligarchs, [2] from the old banking families of Europe, and [3] from the transnational industrialists. They are singular in that they speak with ONE voice based on ONE plan for world domination. As the New World Order, based on public-private partnership arrangements of power sharing with government begins, they will assume a SIXTH SEAT in the UN Security Council, giving them tacit authority to veto any globalist program under consideration by the United Nations as power shifts from the bureaucracy of the UN to the oligarchs behind the European Union.
If a nation, or a people, lack the means to resist, resistance to tyranny will be short-lived. Conversely, a well-armed population cannot easily be enslaved. As long as Americans retain and exercise the right to own firearms, the New World Order cannot be created. The minute that right is taken from, or voluntarily surrendered by, the American people, liberty will die a bittersweet death. The Constitution as we know it will die shortly thereafter, as will the Bill of Rights and the remaining rights and liberties that Americans so freely enjoy but so casually take for granted.
