SO? They're citizens, they're entitled to take whatever position they like. What would you expect them to say? Don't think they'll win on this one.

Us too but this is no surprise is it? Methinks not.

They could say. " I want to thank God that I live in America and I will do my best to help protect it from the evil that enemies want to subject it." Or " I am just a dumbass so I will keep my mouth shut."

Luckily, Ben and Jerry's was bought out by a big, greedy corporation, so I can eat it without feeling guilty.

I agree that they're free to say what they will without threat from the government, but likewise, we are free to stigmatize them with our own speech and boycotting their product with our money. Just because they say something doesn't mean we have to stay silent.

Harry Belafonte is under the influence of his (white) Red Diaper Baby wife.
Matt Damon is a surprise but he is from Massachusetts isn't he?

So many Americans are willing to give their lives for the sake of freedom so that these kinds of people can limit our freedoms for their own petty grievances. I can just hear one of them when they come face to face with a marine say, *I respect you for what you did in your quest for freedom but you sure as hell didn't do it for me*. Our fighting men have several thousand angels from New York and Pennsylvania looking out for them. I wonder who's going to be receiving the Hollywood crowd at the end of their journey?

Not an A-lister among the bunch. (Flame-retardant leathers ahoy: I don't quite consider Matt Damon A-list.)

Too bad about Matt Damon, I really enjoyed "Good Will Hunting."

I think Damon is in Turkey with the USO. Weird.
