North Korea has rejected an inspection of its alleged nuclear weapons program and talks on its missile development, accusing the United States of plotting to use them as an opportunity for military provocation.
The official media in North Korea says there is neither "condition nor need" for Pyongyang to accept the nuclear inspection.
North Korea has increased anti-US rhetoric since President George W Bush warned this month that it and Iraq would be "held accountable" if it developed weapons of mass destruction to carry out terrorism.
Mr Bush also demanded that the North allow UN experts to inspect its nuclear program.
The North is believed to have stockpiled enough plutonium to make one or two atomic bombs.

The passing of the Clinton administration is mourned in certain parts of the world...
They are pissed off that no one is bribing them to act responsibly.

Fly over Iraq, drop 1/2 the load, continue on to North Korea and finish the run.
