Oh, I like that site! I've been ranting about the nonprofits here on FreeRepublic for a long time. There are over 700,000 nonprofits in America. Many of them are in business to simply push their political views and/or enrich their handlers. This site is very well done!!

Good site. Seems biased tho, it doesn't list many right wing groups and the money behind them.

Adding groups that lean to the right would be fine with me. They can start by adding Judicial Watch.

I'd like to see the "Partnership for a Drug Free America". Supposedly started by the tobacco companies, now largely funded by alcohol and prescription drug companies. No conflict of interest there.

Before the .067% libertarian flames start, I'm a strict constructionist.

Another very good site is GUIDESTAR They track all the nonprofits and have the raw data.

Take Consumers Union for example. They publish the Consumer Reports. $191,000,000 in assets! Why, oh why, should the American taxpayer subsidize this company and even pay for part of their postage?

Many of these groups should be regular corporation and pay taxes like regular corps. do!

Check out Judicial Watch
