Deal in works to (co)-produce (Israeli) Arrow anti-missile system in US

Final arrangements are being worked out for a deal that would allow US aerospace giant Boeing to co-produce the Arrow anti-ballistic rocket in the United States.
Officials at Israel Aircraft Industry, the producers of the Arrow, estimate that in a few weeks a draft agreement will be signed.
An agreement with Boeing would pave the way for sales to countries who are interested in defense against ballistic missiles such as Turkey and South Korea.
It would also allow the IAF to purchase more Arrow rockets using some of the $2 billion it receives annually in US government military grants, the bulk of which must be spent in the United States.

One hell of a deal! Israel gets the licensing fees and has a place to spend the military grants and gets a percentage back on their own purchases. That's capitalism at it's best!-)
If anyone want to complain, let them note; that Boeing is going to make a fortune from other foreign contracts for this missile, and keep one hell of a lot of my fellow Americans employeed at the same time.
