It's meaningless. And this story has been posted about 8 times on FR since yesterday.

And Chinese ammo and weapons are EVERYWHERE. You don't need to get them directly from the PRC. People in the US have all kinds of Chinese ammo in their basements. They don't have SA-7s, but SA-7s are very easy to get from a lot of countries.
