Today Vice President Joe Biden is submitting his report to President Barack Obama on gun control and one thing is becoming clear - up to 50-80% of all guns in circulation will be affected by his suggestions. As we reported earlier regarding Dianne Feinstein's proposal, it will affect 50% of all long guns and 80% of all handguns. The proposal includes the creation of a national database of gun owners, tracking who owns what guns and private gun sales would fade into history. A Cape Breton teenager found guilty of second-degree murder for stabbing his girlfriend more than 100 times has been sentenced as an adult to life in prison.
