Janet Napolitano spent much of the spring sounding like a broken record ensuring that the U.S.-Mexico border is safe when the reality is that stretches are controlled by drug-trafficking organizations. A new federal report exposing the ugly truth about the southern border has left President Obama’s Homeland Security Secretary with egg on her face. Published by the Justice Department’s National Drug Intelligence Center, the document contradicts much of what Napolitano has preached in the last few months during highly publicized jaunts to the crime-infested region. Remember this? The Mexican border “is as secure as it has ever been.” Or what...

On a street corner in downtown Concord, California, Fred Douglas and Alexandra Phillips are asking people to sign a petition to invoke the 25th Amendment of the Constitution, and remove Barack Obama from office. Strategically positioned near a Bank of America ATM, their table is piled high with literature from the LaRouche Political Action Committee, and sports a poster of Obama in a Hitler moustache. Passerby gawk at the image, and one or two stop to talk. One man says he voted for Obama and doesn’t agree with them, but supports their right to be on the streets with the...

The Post & Email recently interviewed Kesha Rogers, Democrat candidate for U.S. Congress from Texas’s 22nd District, who released a statement on her website calling for the immediate removal of Barack Hussein Obama from office via Section 4 of the 25th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
  • Obama has nothing to support his eligibility, AND he has hits against his eligibility. So what now?

Lingle sends out a boilerplate letter that says she can't say anything. The Hawaii Attorney General's office won't corroborate Janice Funkino's statement that Obama was born in Hawaii. Fukino is breaking Hawaii's information laws which REQUIRE her to provide an uncertified copy of a vital document once the party of interest has already published it in non-redacted form (which was done by Obama). She does not provide the COHB because...it does not exist! She is also breaking Hawaii's laws which require her to provide a basis for her public statements, which she has refused to do. Obama's potential names are...

  • Activists celebrate blows to Electoral College

Activists seeking to eliminate the Electoral College in favor of a popular vote to elect the president boast that their movement is almost one-fifth the way to its goal. Four states – Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland and New Jersey – which represent 50 of the 270 electoral votes needed to declare a presidential election winner, have committed to an agreement whereby they would grant their electoral votes to the winner of the national popular vote, a move that – if adopted by enough states – would reduce the Electoral College to irrelevancy. With most of the nation's states considering similar bills...

Regular Guy Paul linked to an Ann Coulter column suggesting that if we took the vote away from women, we'd never have another Democratic president.  I'm almost tempted to sidetrack this post because I caught a hilarious comment in the comments section that rebutted the notion that fascism is a leftist ideology - it most definitely is - but that's for another day. I'm not even interested in Coulter's comments per se, considering they were mostly tongue-in-cheek, but something that Paul said caught my attention. Generally speaking, I would support repealing all the Constitutional amendments of the 20th century. So...
