Donald Trump said that “not only is Obamacare a disaster, it is the single greatest lie that I have ever witnessed. As far as immigration is concerned, Trump boasted that he is a builder and that he likes to build things. He said that, if he was in charge of America, “I would build a border fence like you have never seen before.”

A Maryland man was recently arrested after he was accused of breaking into a Susquehanna Township home and raping a mentally disabled woman. He was charged Friday with several sex crimes and is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail in Dauphin County Prison. The alleged victim, who is in her 30s, has the mental capacity of an elementary school student, a family member told police, according to charging documents filed by Susquehanna Township police Detective Lee Tarasi. Those documents also...

Two Lyndhurst brothers in the U.S. illegally will spend little more than a year in prison for repeatedly sexually assaulting a young girl from age 5 to 12. Superior Court Judge Edward A. Jerejian sentenced Mauro Cedeno-Blondet, 53, and Gustavo Cedeno-Blondet, 55, to three years in state prison each. But because they’ve been behind bars for 691 days, they get nearly two years of jail credit. They will then be deported back to Ecuador. The Cedeno-Blondets will serve their time in general population because neither qualifies for sex offender treatment at the Adult Diagnostic and Treatment Center in Avenel, the...

A recent trend along Texas' southern border involves illegal immigrants flocking to the U.S., turning themselves in to Border Patrol officials, and then expressing credible fear for their lives. Word has apparently spread throughout Central America that immigrants who take these steps have a good chance of obtaining asylum in the U.S. The newly popular practice is straining federal resources, causing "detention facilities, asylum offices and immigration courts [to be] overwhelmed," according to the New York Times.

Speaking at Al Sharpton's National Action Network convention on Friday in New York City, President Barack Obama revealed that he believes voter fraud does not exist, everyone who wants to should be able to vote, even if they cannot provide identifying documentation, and Republicans are plotting to take the franchise away from minorities. Obama, who hails from a city known for the Daley Machine and its "vote early and vote often" slogan, ripped Republicans for trying to preserve the integrity of the ballot by reducing voter fraud and requiring voter IDs. He made the accusation that there is a "well-organized...

HIDALGO, Tex. — Border Patrol agents in olive uniforms stood in broad daylight on the banks of the Rio Grande, HIDALGO, Tex. — Border Patrol agents in olive uniforms stood in broad daylight on the banks of the Rio Grande, while on the Mexican side smugglers pulled up in vans and unloaded illegal migrants. The agents were clearly visible on that recent afternoon, but the migrants were undeterred. Mainly women and children, 45 in all, they crossed the narrow river on the smugglers’ rafts, scrambled up the bluff and turned themselves in, signaling a growing challenge for the immigration authorities....

Zeituni Onyango, President Obama's illegal alien aunt, died this week of cancer and other complications. I hope she rests in peace. America, however, should be up in arms. Auntie Zeituni is an enduring symbol of all that is wrong with this country's immigration "policy" -- or rather, its complete lack of a coherent, enforceable system of laws and rules that puts the national interest first. She was a beneficiary of the welfare state run amok, enabled by bipartisan fecklessness. To the bitter end, she bit the hand that fed her with predictable ingratitude and metastatic entitlement. Zeituni's 14-year illegal overstay...

Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush insisted that many of the instances of illegal immigrants coming into the U.S. were “acts of love.” Though many of the human beings who enter the U.S. illegally or overstay their legally permitted time in the U.S. are doing so to earn more resources and provide for families, many of the illegal immigrants who come into the U.S. are doing so for highly criminal reasons–a fact often left out of the discussion or otherwise barely mentioned. Breitbart Texas has provided 35 of these other “acts of love” for our readers.

Jeb Bush defended his controversial comments about immigration reform, insisting they were nothing new for him and urging “sensitivity to the immigrant experience.” At a Connecticut Republican party dinner Thursday night, the former Republican governor of Florida did not repeat his remarks from last weekend at his father’s presidential library, when he said that people who come to the United States illegally in search of a better life for their children “broke the law, but it’s not a felony. It’s an act of love.”

An arrest has been made in the murder of a San Antonio woman who was killed more than a decade ago. Lillita Moke's body was found in the basement of her Monte Vista home in March of 2000, after neighbors complained of a foul odor. Friday morning, immigration officials in Canada said they caught the man police say killed her. That man is Antonio Diaz Lisenber, who was Moke's gardener. According to CTV Vancouver, the Canadian Border Services Agency says they caught Lisenber when he applied for permanent residency. At a hearing in Vancouver earlier this week, the man claimed...

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) has judged the GOP—and found it racist. Speaking at her weekly press briefing Thursday, she said cuttingly that the reason the GOP has not followed through on a comprehensive immigration reform bill was simple; the GOP would be comfortable with good ol’ white Irishmen immigrating to the United States but not people of another color.

With a single phrase of compassion for immigrants in the U.S. illegally, Jeb Bush has prompted questions about his viability as a potential presidential contender and underscored how divisive the immigration issue remains for the Republican Party. The former Florida governor sparked a conservative furor this week when he described illegal immigration in an interview as an “act of love” by people trying to provide for their families. Backing Bush are some of the GOP’s most powerful insiders and financiers, who are hoping the party can woo Hispanic voters and rebound from Mitt Romney’s damaging “self-deportation” rhetoric in 2012. “The...

Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) said today that Americans need to stand up to "a deliberate plan by the president of the United States" to collapse the nation's law enforcement system regarding illegal immigration.

Former Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour joined Democratic Party rising star San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro in Texas, this week to call for amnesty. "It’s not dead,” Barbour said of amnesty efforts in the U.S. Congress, according to the Texas Tribune. "Work is being done on this. I can’t look you in the eye and say I know it’s going to succeed, but there is clearly a path to success.” Barbour argued that amnesty would be good for the country and the only reason why Republicans are not supporting it is because it is politically dangerous for them to do so....

Virginia Republican Party executive director Shaun Kenney was a “no show” to conservative host Laura Ingraham’s radio program Thursday. Ingraham was prepared to question Kenney about his statements that conservatives who oppose amnesty are afraid of “The Other” and that “nativists” should be driven out of the Republican party. Kenney made the statements in an office meeting that included former SEIU secretary-treasurer Eliseo Medina, according to video footage published Tuesday by The Daily Caller, and on his personal blog. “And I think that we understand too that there’s a lot of people that are afraid, of you. Not for any...

aira Murillo is just one of 11 million undocumented immigrants in the country who was specifically excluded from signing up for the Affordable Care Act, but it wasn't until recently that she found a way around the system. "I didn't realize that as a DACA recipient, I would also be eligible to receive health insurance. It was thanks to a professor who told me and other undocumented students about our eligibility for Medi-Cal," Murillo told CNN en Español. Deferred status, or DACA, refers to the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program enacted in 2012. It grants some undocumented youths temporary...

She should have left the hemp at home. A northern California teen was sentenced to four years of probation this week for selling brownies made with marijuana to fellow high school students. Saira Munoz of Yuba City may also get thrown out of the country and deported to her native Mexico for a 2013 bake sale she held to raise money for a prom gown. Her dress dreams went up in smoke after a schoolmate ate her chocolate concoction, became ill and had to be rushed by ambulance to the hospital

House Armed Services Committee chairman Rep. Buck McKeon (R-CA) said that a promise Majority Leader Eric Cantor made last year is a major force behind the push to grant amnesty to illegal alien DREAMers who enlist in the military. Cantor “made a pledge that he would help” Rep. Jeff Denham (R-CA) enact the proposal, McKeon said at a roundtable on Thursday morning in Washington, D.C. As reported last week by Breitbart News, House Republicans had been quietly working working to insert the text of the proposal into an related Defense authorization bill, but after the issue became public McKeon announced...
