To secure them from whom? From those who would exploit human nature to manifest a fascist mercantile state of affairs under which:

Problem is, once today's immigrants arrive here - the system does not educate them regarding that specified purpose of American government.
Instead, the Marxists in the NEA flank our American First Principles via communist indoctrination from within our own Public Schools.
