A 14-year-old girl in London, England, is accused of murdering a man after she found out he wouldn't be charged for an alleged sex attack on her and her older sister.The 14-year-old defendant, her 16-year-old sister and a third woman had accused Robert Daly of sexually assaulting them, but all the charges were dropped after the 14-year-old failed to give a statement, the BBC reports.
