    Tonight's episode of "Amish Mafia" was devoted to attempting to defend the show against the critics who claim it is fake. The cast were asked questions like "Are you really Amish?." "How can you be Amish and go to jail?" and "Why did you decide to do the show?" Esther said she was "sick of how Amish communities are looked at. I'm sick of how we're portrayed, that we're all the same - these humble innocent people." She can be happy now, because no one who has watched the show thinks she is any of those things
