Here is video of President Obama at Andrews Air Force Base last night, delivering at least part of the speech he had planned to deliver in observance of Memorial Day in Illinois. Storms hit at about the time Obama tried to begin his speech at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Illinois yesterday. The event was eventually canceled. A crowd was assembled at Andrews to greet Obama, and so he could deliver his remarks.
