Democrat: Alan Grayson’s “One Fry Short of a Happy Meal”

Separated at birth? How far Left is MSNBC? So far Left it's fallen off the Nielsen ratings; and So far Left its favorite guest is being called crazy -- by his fellow House Democrats. According to Politico, when someone asked Rep. Anthony Weiner, D-NY, about colleague Alan Grayson — who made a name for himself by saying Republicans want Americans to "die quickly" — Weiner responded incredulously, “Is this news to you that this guy’s one fry short of a Happy Meal?” A professed “progressive,” Rep. Weiner is pretty far-Left himself, making his condemnation of Grayson's hate speech more...

Health Care Deform is a fight amoung Democrats so why are Republicans being Blamed?

One would think that Republicans in the Congress had something to do with Democrats plans to force the fascist rule of Universal Health Care Deform on the American people. A system in which Federal Government for the first time in its 225 year history of the United States of America would force citizens to buy into a Federal mandated system. Keith Olbermann is a Rush Limbaugh wanna-be on the political left who is not worthy of the comparison so forgive me. Albeit, Olbermann does present quite an interesting case study in the manipulate of thought and language as Democrats and...

REDSTATE EXCLUSIVE: A Review of ACORN CEO Bertha Lewis’s Rolodex Suggests Strong White House Ties

The story in a nutshell: Bertha Lewis is the CEO of ACORN. In a review of Lewis’s contacts list, which was leaked to RedState, Bertha Lewis has the office, cell phone, home number, and private personal email address of Patrick Gaspard. Patrick Gaspard holds Karl Rove’s position in the White House and was Obama’s Political Director during the campaign. In addition to Patrick, Bertha has Patrick’s brother Michael in her rolodex. She lists Michael as working at the Advance Group. The Advance Group is ACORN’s lobbying organization. In other words, besides having Obama’s political director’s contact info, the political director’s...

Weiner (D-NY) rips into ObamaCare

WASHINGTON -- Rep. Anthony Weiner, normally a supporter of President Obama, yesterday criticized his failure to display "presidential leadership" on health care. "We've been in a scrap through the month of August, but we really haven't had presidential leadership in the way we need it most," Weiner said Thursday night on MSNBC's "The Rachel Maddow Show." He said the president's health-reform address to Congress on Wednesday needs to make a strong case for including a public option to compete with private insurers. Obama supports the idea, but has been backing away from it amid fierce resistance from Republicans and conservative...

Video: Dem wants to eliminate private health insurance altogether

Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-NY) returned to the ObamaCare battle on MS-NBC’s Morning Joe today, preaching the public-plan gospel just as he did yesterday on CNBC. However, this time, Joe Scarborough goaded Weiner into a little more honesty than he’s offered on the effort to “reform” health care. Declaring that “health care is not a commodity,” Weiner says his aim is to eliminate all private insurance — which is why he will not yield on the public-plan option:

Just back from Anthony Weiner townhall

About 30 people there. Many were a little disturbed the event was not advertised. Nothing on his home page, etc. A mailing went out with the wrong time (an hour earlier). About 25 people were AGAINST the health care bill, only 5 for it. One guy who was for it, a retired cop (about age 42) kept on saying doctors shouldn't make profit. Talking to him, he didn't seem like a cop, maybe a meter maid... Weiner said he doesn't agree with the health bill in the current form, he wants medicare for all (100% government, not a slow march)....

Here is video of New York Rep. Anthony Weiner on CNBC today talking about the Health Care Debate and the opposition Democrats are facing at Town Hall Meetings around the country. Weiner says the opposition is coming mainly from older people who are scared and just don't understand the issues. He said President Obama "has not done a good job" of getting the case for ObamaCare across to people.
Brooklyn, New York Democratic Congressman Anthony Weiner will marry outside the Jewish religion to Huma Abedin, a Muslim woman who is considered one of U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s top aides, the New York Daily News reported. The intermarriage rate in the United States is estimated to be approximately 50 percent and has been one of the strongest forces that has diluted Jewish identity and support of a strong Israel.

The Hill: Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.) said that Republicans' opposition to the climate change bill scheduled for a vote this afternoon benefits the oil-rich companies, which have been accused of funneling some of that money to terrorist groups. "Ahmadinejad, the Saudi Kingdom — they want exactly what my Republican friends are advocating," Weiner said on the floor during the debate ahead of this afternoon's vote. "We can't come to the floor and say I'm outraged at what's going on in Iran…and then come to the floor and continue the policies that are paying for them!" Weiner added.

Rep. Anthony Weiner, a likely 2009 mayoral candidate, is pouring his heart into Hillary Clinton's White House bid - literally.

Rep. Anthony Weiner's cynical with drawal from the 2005 mayoral race may serve him well four years from now, but it is contemptuous of the law and disrespectful of the people of New York City. No doubt he couldn't care less. Weiner on Tuesday apparently held former Bronx Borough President Fernando Ferrer below the legally established (Sec. 6-162 of the state Election Law) threshold (40 percent of the vote) needed to avoid a primary runoff election on Sept. 27. Tuesday night, Weiner exulted in the outcome: "I look forward to a vigorous [runoff] campaign," he said. Then he quit. The...

WEINER A WAL-MART $HOPPER (yikes--another Weiner thread---will it never end?)

Rep. Anthony Weiner, Mr. Anti-Wal-Mart, has taken tens of thousands of dollars in campaign cash from businessmen who made fortunes working with the big-box store, finance records show. The sponsor of Wal-Mart-bashing legislation that's headed to the House floor this week has pocketed more than $30,000 from two families with ties to America's No. 1 retailer. The Cayre family, which once managed Wal-Mart's software, poured over $15,000 into Weiner's campaign coffers, mostly to his congressional fund. And the Dabah family, which provided Wal-Mart with clothing for well over two decades, gave him over $17,000 for his mayoral run. "Anthony Weiner...

For education and discussion only. Not for commercial use. NEW YORK, NY, January 21, 2005 — Even before Mayoral hopeful Congressman Anthony Weiner officially enters the race, questions about his war chest have him double checking some sources of his campaign cash. Under scrutiny are dozens of money orders reportedly turned in by a long time backer of Congressman Weiner and attributed to individuals who told the New York Times they had no knowledge of the contributions. A spokesman for the Congressman said Weiner is vetting the $1.6 million dollars donated to his campaign and will return any problematic donations....
