A student teacher has been arrested for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a former student. Amy Miller, who was a student teacher in the Union Endicott and Owego Apalachin school districts, is accused of having sex with a 15 year-old girl. Miller had been studying to be a teacher at Binghamton University, but has been removed from all course work and related teaching assignments. Anyone with information on this case is asked to contact the New York State Police at Owego at 687-6970.
