  • How Do I Collect Signatures If Wanting to Run for Office

    09/19/2011 10:57:28 AM PDT · by SarahPalin2012 · 17 replies
Hello. Like most of you, I've had it up to here with Dear Leader. It's good to laugh at him and criticize, etc., but when he keeps insisting on destroying America (latest proposal of huge tax increases), it's hard to bear. I know that those tax increases probably won't come to pass (for now anyway), it's just hateful that he is that clueless/evil. So, I see that in Virginia 10,000 signatures (400 from each district) are required to run for Senate. I will be voting for George Allen, so I don't mean anytime soon. But for the future sometime, how...

The system spies on people through a camera, using powerful software that detects the changes in emotions on a person's face. The system bases its results on studies that associate lying to things like sudden eye movements, lip biting, heavy breathing, swallowing, and rapid blinking. Thermal imaging technology then determines rise in temperature brought about by an increase in blood flow, which is another telltale sign of lying. Professor Hassan Ugail (the head of the research) says, "When someone is making something up on the spot, brain activity usually changes and you can detect this through the thermal camera."

Somewhere between Sept. 11 and today, the enemy morphed from a handful of terrorists to the American population at large, leaving us nowhere to run and no place to hide. Within weeks of the attacks, the giant ears of the National Security Agency, always pointed outward toward potential enemies, turned inward on the American public itself. The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, established 23 years before to ensure that only suspected foreign agents and terrorists were targeted by the NSA, would be bypassed. Telecom companies, required by law to keep the computerized phone records of their customers confidential unless presented with...

MANCHESTER, New Hampshire (Reuters) - Sarah Palin urged Tea Party members on Monday to avoid infighting and focus on removing President Barack Obama from office. The former Alaska governor and Republican vice presidential candidate, speaking at a Tea Party rally in Manchester, New Hampshire, also continued to tease supporters on whether she would join the Republican presidential competition. "This is not the time to hunker down and preach to the choir," she said. "Now is the time to grow this movement." Her comments followed a protest on Sunday by FreedomWorks, a force behind the Tea Party movement, aiming to prevent...

Two years ago, Kristina Harris Perkins, a 19-year-old woman enrolled in the San Jose Job Corps Center with big plans for the future, lay dead on a light-rail station platform. She had been stabbed in the heart. Now, after a marathon 26-day preliminary hearing spread out over three months, Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Rise Pichon has ruled there is enough evidence to try five young adults -- all from the same San Jose family -- on charges of murder and attempted murder stemming from a deadly brawl captured by security cameras at the Alum Rock station. Two other...

Welcome to the echo chamber of ignorance of the Left’s post-racial America. Black Liberals thought that electing a black president would make them happier than a Michael Vick pound pup, but instead most are now madder than Whoopi Goldberg’s blind date. In an America where black achievement can be seen and heard everywhere, Andre Carson and other members of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) are crying foul, saying that the Tea Party wants to take America back to the ‘60’s. Don’t believe your lying eyes showcasing black achievement all over America, because black people are being oppressed. By the Tea...

Right-wing fears come true in Dan Simmons’ ‘Flashback’ By Patrick Anderson Aug 14, 2011 02:27AM Dan Simmons’ Flashback is an abundantly entertaining, often outrageous right-wing fantasy about a weak, broken United States 20-odd years from now. The country is ruled by the Japanese, lives in fear of the Islamic Global Caliphate, and its citizens mostly spend their time stoned on a drug called flashback that lets them escape to a better past. Some of the events that have occurred between now and the early 2030s can be summed up thusly: U.S. Goes Bankrupt Israel Destroyed by Nuclear Attack Mexican Army...

But Thursday's stock-market plunge of more than 500 points proves that reality remains immune to the president's charms. The Tribune regrets the error. So what do you give a beleaguered president who just ate a mess...

The late Nobel Laureate Milton Friedman once said, “Given our monstrous, overgrown government structure, any three letters chosen at random would probably designate an agency or part of a department that could be profitably abolished.” Friedman’s comment in mind, in this column we’re going to discuss nutrition from a regulatory perspective. No, this isn’t me advocating Michelle Obama‘s Nutritional Nanny State; although, much can be gleaned from obesity as the primary dietary problem plaguing our “under-privileged.” Our poor eat plenty of cake and this Marie Antoinette would like it to stop. Gluttonous do-gooder statism spawned the electoral avalanche last November....

FRANKLIN, Tenn. - Music City is full of songwriters, hoping to land that big break. But a now former Middle school football coach in Williamson County said writing a politically-charged country song got him fired, after it rubbed a few parents the wrong way. 26 year old Bryan Glover is not shy about his political opinions. He is proud tea party Republican and felt compelled to voice his disappo More..intment in the current administration through his music. But he never thought sharing his new song would leave him unemployed. The song is called, "When You're Holding A Hammer, Everything Looks...

Good morning! There are seventeen months left until we retake the country, until November 2012. As far as I know Caligula is the only one who has declared for the RATS. The GOP field is shaping up with many contenders. Sarah Palin is on a JERK THE MEDIA AROUND bus tour in the Northeast and elsewhere to call attention to America's founding documents and our founding fathers and principles. She has promised her radio talk friends in Alaska that she would tell them first of her decision to run. That hasn't happened yet. And in the hypocriscy department, Caligula's administration...
