Former Senate Majority Leader — and 1996 GOP Presidential nominee – Bob Dole just tore into Newt Gingrich with an open letter that violates Reagan’s 11th Commandment so many times, Bob Dole will be in the confessional until Easter. ... .. Hardly anyone who served with Newt in Congress has endorsed him and that fact speaks for itself. He was a one-man-band who rarely took advice. It was his way or the highway. ... Gingrich had a new idea every minute and most of them were off the wall. He loved picking a fight with Bill Clinton because he knew...

Supersize that vindication! The same Manhattan grand jury that cleared a McDonald's burger-flipper of all charges in a dramatic, caught-on-video beating has voted felony charges against the two irate women who he beat, prosecutors announced this morning. Sweethearts Denise Darbeau and Rachel Edwards had rushed behind the counter of the West Village fast food joint during a raucus pre-dawn argument with the staff. That unwise move earned them a severe pummeling with a grill-cleaning tool by Big Mac wrangler and manslaughter parolee Rayon McIntosh -- and now there's a side of felony charges to go with that beating. Prosecutors did...

An Baltimore LGBT group called Equality Maryland confirmed the victim of the Baltimore McDonalds’ beating is a transgender woman. Lisa Polyak, vice president of the board of directors for Equality Maryland commented on the video. “It does appear that the victim was a transgender woman, and she was brutalized while people stood by and watched,” “There’s no excuse for that violence under any circumstances, but we would encourage police to investigate as a hate crime.” Equality Maryland called on state Attorney General Douglas F. Gansler to investigate the case as a hate crime.

set things straight, the kid you see being forced to leave, is actually the hooded man's son. The father had told the owner of the cafe to ban his son from coming into the place because his son is spending way too much time there. Well when the father found hi son there again, he decided to teach the owner of the business a lesson. The gun that dropped out of the Internet cafe owners holster, was just an air pistol, but he does shoot it at the owner. This really is one messed up situation. Does anyone think...

There’s been a majority in favor of it since 1998 but the split at the time was 52/39. Now it’s 69/27, with Republicans and indies both above 60 percent. A fitting exclamation point to a week that saw conservatives hold the gay-friendliest CPAC evah. Support for allowing gays in the military is much higher among Democrats than Republicans, but the policy wins support from a majority of Republicans as well. More than eight in ten Democrats say that gays should be allowed to serve; 62 of Republicans and 63 percent of Independents agree with that view. The poll’s release follows...
