  • Video: Judge Nap Says Hillary Is Angry Because the 'Legal Noose Is Tightening'

The legal noose around Hillary Clinton is getting tighter, Judge Andrew Napolitano explained this morning on "America's Newsroom." On NBC's "TODAY" show, the former secretary of state appeared angry when asked about the House Benghazi Committee, arguing that the panel is conducting a "partisan political" investigation. When asked about her private email server, she said that what she did was "allowed" even though it wasn't the "best choice." Clinton said each government official can determine which messages are personal and which ones are work-related. Napolitano said the "noose" is tightening and that Clinton created these problems for herself. He said...

You can doubt him if you want, but I believe "Burt" nailed it on the head. Starts at 1 hour and 24 minutes, goes through a break (don't worry there are no commercials), and the guy is still there. Former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton on Monday denounced the Congress’ Benghazi committee, seizing on controversial remarks by House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy that she said proved the panel was political hit job aimed solely at her. Mrs. Clinton, who is scheduled to testify before the committee later this month, stopped short of backing calls by other top Democrats to shut down the committee, saying that is up to Congress. “Now that they have admitted that it is a political partisan committee for the sole purpose of going after me, not trying to make our diplomats who serve in...

That Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin had her fingers in multiple financial pots — even while still high up in the State Department — is no secret. But the full extent of Abedin’s blurring of roles is coming to light. This summer, The Washington Post revealed that, at one point, Abedin — unusually granted “special government employee” status — was getting paid four different ways: from the taxpayers for her State work, from the Clinton Foundation, as political adviser to Hillary and by the Clinton-allied firm Teneo Holdings. The Washington Times reported last week how Huma’s hats came together in...

That was too much for the Morning Joe panel, which just had to laugh. Does this woman have any shame? Democratic presidential contender Hillary Clinton took offense to remarks by House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy that the ongoing House select committee investigation into the Benghazi attacks is hurting her campaign, and used members of the U.S. military as political pawns in disparaging the probe. Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, the California Republican who is the front-runner to be the next House Speaker, said in an interview this week that the committee, formed to probe the 2012 terrorist attack in Libya that killed four Americans, has been worth it because it exposed former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s email practices. Huma Abedin turned over an estimated 23,000 pages of emails, Philippe Reines gave back 70,000 pages of messages and Cheryl Mills returned somewhere in the neighborhood of 11,870 pages, the Obama administration told Judge Rudolph Contreras in a court filing.

  • Hillary Clinton laughs at possible criminal charges in email scandal

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton burst into laughter when asked Thursday about New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie saying she should be prosecuted for using a private email account and home-based email server for official business as secretary of state. Mrs. Clinton kept shaking her head and chuckling when asked on CNN’s “The Situation Room” about the possibility that Russia, China or even 18-year-olds would have hacked into U.S. national security secrets that were stored on the email server in the basement of her home in New York.

An aide to Bill Clinton sought permission from the State Department in 2012 for the former president to deliver a paid speech to a group tied to the Iranian government that has been campaigning for an end to U.S. sanctions against the country. Fox News reported: The email from the former president’s office was sent on June 4, 2012, from an aide to Bill Clinton to three aides for then-Secretary Clinton, including Sullivan as well as State Department chief of staff Cheryl Mills. It concerned an event in the U.S. hosted by the National Iranian American Council. “Would USG have...

On the third anniversary of the Benghazi terrorist attack, emails reviewed by Fox News raise significant questions about US government support for the secret shipment of weapons to the Libyan opposition.During the Spring of 2011, as the Obama administration ramped up efforts to topple the Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi, a licensed American arms dealer, Marc Turi, his business partner formerly with the CIA, senior US military officials in Europe and Africa as well as a former staffer for republican Senator John McCain considered logistics for arming the rebels, according to the emails exclusively obtained by Fox Business and Fox News....

Longtime Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin is scheduled to testify before the House committee investigating the 2012 terrorist attacks in Benghazi, Libya, in the coming weeks. Former CIA director David Petraeus on Friday testified in front of Congress on the terrorist acts against the American Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, that took place on September 11th. His testimony will no doubt place him severely at odds with both the Obama administration and its official stance on the attacks. It's a good thing Petraeus is already out of a job, otherwise he would probably be asked to resign this afternoon. Fox News and CNN both have both released stories earlier confirming that David Petraeus will state in no uncertain terms that both he and the CIA knew that...
